The garlic bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese is so delicious. It's my favorite go to here

Nice small location in the middle of a busy plaza. Bagel with lox (4/5): had everything you need for a great bagel, but could've had a bit more cream cheese but that could be my preference. CTA bagel (4/5): standard cream cheese, tomato, avocado. Can really notice the lemon pepper and wasn't against it at all.

This place puts the hidden in hidden gem. I've been going to the nail shop next door for years and never knew this place was next door! It's easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled for it if you're a first timer. Also it really feels like you're in NY when you walk in which I thought was really cool. The customer service was top tier, and because the staff was so helpful, I was able to customize my order, and change a few things up to get what I really wanted. They also had a stand near the cash register with loaves of banana nut and other types of bread. All of the breads looked really moist and so we picked one up and brought it home. I ordered an omelet with mushroom, Swiss, and bell peppers and everyone else ordered abreakfast bagel sandwiches. My food was so filling and healthy and we had a really great experience, we will definitely be coming back- my mom has been raving about this place ever since.

This place is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic bagels, great coffee, and a laid-back vibe. The bagels were perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the outside - exactly how a proper New York-style bagel should be. I tried the everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was loaded with flavor. They also have a variety of bagel sandwiches, and the breakfast options with meat, eggs, cheese were delicious. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and perfect for a quick bite or even to sit and relax with a coffee. Speaking of coffee, theirs is fantastic - bold and smooth. I'll definitely be back soon to try more of their menu!

The first thing I noticed when walking in was that it smelled amazing. The customer service was very friendly and the tables were all clean. I ordered an iced caramel latte and CTA bagel(cream cheese, tomato, and avocado). The coffee was good, sweet, but not too sweet. The bagel was good also. The only negative I have at all is that I ordered a jalapeño bagel and there was no jalapeño flavor to it at all.

My wife and I were craving bagels, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. The place was clean and had a nice ambiance, but it seemed pretty empty. The staff was friendly, and the food was decent. I ordered an acai bowl, which was a huge disappointment. It felt like it had come straight from a fridge and wasn't fresh at all. On the other hand, my wife's bagel was pretty good, and the omelet was delicious.

This is my favorite bagel shop. The staff are always so kind, the food is good and you can't forget what makes them so special with their "rainbow bagel." Im making it a mission to come here a lot more next year!!!

I've been wanting to stop by this place and we finally did this morning. We were welcomed with smiles by the workers. They had a fresh variety of bagels and sandwiches to choose from. We will be coming back for sure!!

Was in the mood for a bagel this morning and had been wanting to try this place for a while. After having experienced a bagel shop in NYC, I have been anxiously wanting to find something similar here in Southern California. Knowing full well how seriously NYCers take their bagels, I knew it wouldn't be exactly the same, but it was worth a shot. I placed an order for pickup through Yelp which is powered by GrubHub. I received confirmation my order was received, but never received confirmation my order was accepted, in progress, or ready. I ended up calling the store and they confirmed they had my order and it was ready for pickup. Parking in this shopping center is interesting. There's more parking in the back, which I would recommend. Or park further away from the shop because most of the stores in this center have designated parking spots coned off for their customers and several threaten to tow. The shop is cute and was actually pretty busy when I walked in. There's a good amount of tables and chairs available for dining in, most of which were already occupied by customers. There's a really cool photo of Times Square, above which there's a clock with Los Angeles time and a clock with New York time. I was greeted immediately and given my order promptly. I ordered the Lox on an onion bagel and added lettuce to try and make it exactly like the bagel I had in NYC. I think it would have been 5 stars if I hadn't had the ordering notification issues. The bagel had great flavor, but I think if I'd gotten to it sooner, it would have been very comparable to what I had in New York. The lox, cream cheese, capers, tomato, onion and lettuce--it all went together nicely. Next time, I think I'll come in to order and dine in to soak up some NYC ambiance. Thanks NY Bagel!

Good bagel. Good service. Good interior for dining. I was able to order this bagel relatively quickly and the prices here are just so great. I would love to come back here for a bagel and sandwich if I'm ever in the area. They have a large selection of types of bagels as well as other items so next time, I'll be sure to try out something new. The cheese and egg bagel sandwich was on an Asiago cheese bagel and overall the taste, texture, and how tasty the dough + toppings are is a 5/5 from me.
